Example: new enquiry → CRM record → confirmation email → assign owner → follow-up sequence → quote template → invoice on acceptance. It is bigger than a single task automation because it connects steps into a reliable flow. The goal is consistent outcomes, fewer mistakes, and faster service without relying on people remembering everything.
